PrettyMe is an AI-powered virtual try-on application that allows users to upload their photo and clothing images to see how outfits look on them. Users can also save clothing items in their personal digital wardrobe. We are committed to protecting your privacy and have developed this Privacy Policy to transparently explain our data processing practices.

By using this App, you agree to the data processing methods described in this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use this App.

1. Information We Collect

To provide our makeup effect generation services, we may collect the following types of information:

  • Provide Core Services: Process your uploaded photos and clothing images through our AI API to generate virtual try-on results.

3. Photo Data & AI Processing

Your uploaded photos and clothing images are sent to our AI processing servers through secure API interfaces. Photo data is only used to generate virtual try-on results and will be permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours after processing is complete. We will not use your photos for any other purpose, nor will we share original photos with any third party.

All data transfers use TLS/SSL encryption protocols. Photo data is encrypted at rest on our servers. Strict internal access permission management mechanisms are in place to protect your data.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may share necessary data with third-party partners who provide AI image processing, cloud storage, and data analytics services. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

  • Generated Makeup Images: Saved to your account; you may delete them at any time.
  • Account Information: Retained for the duration of your account's existence.
  • Usage Logs: Retained for up to 90 days.
