Welcome to PrettyMe. By downloading, installing, or using the PrettyMe application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PrettyMe, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PrettyMe is an AI-powered virtual try-on application that allows users to upload their own photo and clothing images to see how outfits look on them using artificial intelligence. The App also provides a digital wardrobe feature where users can save and manage their clothing items.

3. User Accounts

You may use certain features of the App without creating an account. If you choose to create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content & Photo Uploads

When you upload photos to PrettyMe, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process those photos solely for the purpose of providing the makeup effect service. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the right to upload the photos.
  • The photos do not violate any third-party rights.
  • The photos do not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • You have obtained consent from any individuals depicted in the photos.

Uploaded photos are processed and deleted within 24 hours. We do not claim ownership of your photos.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Upload photos of individuals without their consent.
  • Create or distribute misleading, defamatory, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use automated tools to access or scrape the App.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PrettyMe and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

The AI-generated virtual try-on images produced by the App are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI-generated results will meet your expectations. Try-on results may vary based on photo quality, lighting conditions, and clothing image clarity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrettyMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other damages.

9. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases for premium features. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Prices are subject to change without notice.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (such as AI processing APIs and analytics tools). Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through in-app notifications or email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
